With over 20 years of hands-on experience building, scaling, and leading businesses, I now work directly with small business owners to help them overcome challenges, make smarter financial decisions, and unlock growth. I aim to support small business owners to grow with clarity, confidence and control.
I offer accountancy services, Fractional Finance Director/CFO support and also act as a Non-Executive Director (NED) giving you flexible, expert-level input without the full-time cost. Whether you’re just starting out or scaling up, I can help you gain clarity on your numbers, streamline your operations, and build a business that works for you.
Previously I was the Co-Founder of Mazuma, the UK’s largest and most successful female-founded accountancy firm.
We disrupted the traditional model with a simple, subscription-based approach designed specifically for micro businesses and grew Mazuma into a nationally recognised brand with thousands of clients across the UK and the US.
Along the way I won multiple awards, secured external investment, built our own tech and proved that small businesses deserve big-thinking solutions.
Having exited Mazuma after nearly two decades at the helm, I now dedicate my time to helping other small business owners achieve success on their own terms with practical, experienced guidance and no unnecessary jargon.
When I’m not working with businesses, you’ll usually find me out on my small farm, riding my horses, walking my dogs, or exploring new parts of the world.
